1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Estella House Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our cleaning services in California and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

Estella House Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Regular house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move in/out cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Post-event cleanup

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is received and accepted.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

All prices are subject to change with notice. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted based on actual conditions found at the service location.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
  • Inform us of any special requirements, hazards, or concerns before service
  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning services
  • Provide adequate parking for our team
  • Notify us of any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

6. Liability

We take great care in providing quality service, but in the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the repair/replacement cost, whichever is less.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items not properly secured by the client
  • Damage resulting from hidden or undisclosed conditions
  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to services where access was restricted or where client responsibilities were not met.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your home and personal information. Our team members are trained to maintain professional boundaries and discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 7 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if:

  • Payment terms are not met
  • Unsafe or hostile conditions exist
  • Client responsibilities are repeatedly not met
  • Our team members are subjected to harassment or abuse

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
